I separated my items into 4 transactions this morning. I don't usually do this many transactions but the store wasn't crowded and the cashier in the make-up department was one of the sympathetic ones who will work with me when things beep or don't scan right.

Transaction 1
Nivea Body Wash, On sale for $4.99, Get $5 in RR
Used $1 coupon from 4/19 newspaper insert (there are also coupons in Nivea brochures in the CVS make-up department)
Paid $3.99

Hallmark Gift Wrap, On sale for $.69
Used Walgreens in-ad coupon to make the gift wrap $.39

I used the gift wrap as a filler since the register beeped when I tried to use a RR. Once I added the giftwrap (with the in-ad coupon) I could use a RR

Used $3.50 RR from Skintimate deal, paid $1.23 OOP, put on my Walgreens gift card from March easysaver rebates - got $5 RR

Transaction 2
Same items as Transaction 1 (Nivea Body wash and giftwrap)

Remember, you can't use the RR from the Nivea in a transaction where you buy another Nivea

Paid $1.73 OOP, put on my Walgreens gift card from March easysaver rebates - got $5 RR

Paid $2.07 OOP, put on my Walgreens gift card from March easysaver rebates - got $5 RR

Used $4 off coupon from 3/22 newspaper insert
Paid $1.99 after coupon and RR

Summary
I ended up paying $6.02 OOP (well, I put it all on my Walgreens giftcard from the easysaver monthly rebates) for the 9 items and getting back $8 in RR to use for future weeks.
