Fiber One Yogurt Review & Giveaway

I enjoy eating some flavors of yogurt but can definitely be picky about which flavors I eat! I was excited to try the new Fiber One yogurt that is only 50 calories. It comes in 4 flavors (vanilla, strawberry, key lime pie and peach) and I chose the vanilla. I know, boring, but that is a good flavor for me as far as yogurt goes. I got the 4 pack and was excited that it had a far out expiration date as I don't eat yogurt regularly.

Until this yogurt - I ate all 4 cups in just 4 days - a yogurt record for me! I loved the tanginess of the yogurt and it's just 50 calories! This yogurt also has 5 grams of fiber which is already 20% of your daily recommended allowance. It is also a great source of calcium and Vitamins A and D which helps people with weight loss and maintenance as well as general health.
