I got several comments and emails on last week's Walgreens post with people having problems at their local stores using and generating RR's. I suggest that everyone really read the Walgreens 101 post to better understand the program. Yes, you can use RR's on a purchase and still generate RR's. If your manager is telling you that's not right, call corporate and have them straighten the store out. If an RR that you expected to print doesn't, make sure you didn't use RR's to pay for it that are from the same company generating the RR.
