Best of the Best Awards

I recently came across Direct TV's Best of the Best Awards. This is a very cool awards program giving blogs awards for their posts on certain topics such as best TV show or best actor, etc. My nominee for Best Actor in a TV show may be controversial but I think it's the diversity in roles he has assumed that make him the perfect nomination for the BoB Awards.

My nominee is Marc Paul Gosselar, aka Zack Morris from Saved by the Bell. Long-time Nicole's Nickels readers know that one of my favorite TV shows is Raising the Bar, a fantastic legal drama on TNT that recently began its second season on TNT. Marc started the season with long out-of-control hair but cut it during one of the episodes (it got worked into the storyline) back to its Zack Morris style.

A heartthrob on Saved by the Bell, he has developed into a polished actor capable of both serious and comical roles as evidenced in his current portrayal of Jerry Kellerman. I've never written a post for Blog Awards before but I just watched a TIVO'd episode of Raising the Bar and thought it appropriate!
