I was running errands this weekend and decided to go to Walmart to use some coupons for some FREE (and almost free) items. I usually grocery shop every other week and I went last week so I didn't really need anything. The cashier was shocked at how much I saved. Here are some of the good deals I got:
Starkist Creations Pouch Tuna, $1.42
Used $1.00 off coupon from the March All You magazine
Paid $.42
Seapak Shrimp Poppers, $1.32
Used $.75 off coupon from the March All You magazine
Paid $.57
Wheat Thins Artisan Crackers, $2.00
used BOGO coupon from 3/15 newspaper
Paid $1.00 per box
Johnson's Buddies Soap, $.97
Use any of these coupons:
$1/1 Johnson’s Buddies (IE) or (Firefox)
$2/2 Johnson’s Buddies (IE) or (Firefox)
$2/2 Johnson’s Shampoo, Conditioner or Buddies (IE) or (Firefox)
$3/3 Johnson’s Products (IE) or (Firefox)
Item is FREE with OVERAGE (these are cute soaps for kids in neon colors!)
Glucerna Cereal, $3.97
Used $5.00 off printable coupon
Item is FREE with OVERAGE
Quaker Tortillaz, 3.3 oz bag, $1.37
Used $1.00 off coupon from 3/29 newspaper
Paid $.37
A Thrifty Mom found a great deal on No-Nonsense Ultra Sheer Pantyhose. There was a $1.00 coupon in the 3/29 newspaper (in some markets, not mine) and the regular price for these pantyhose is $1.00. So you get them FREE but there is a $1.00 off coupon inside the package! You could keep doing this deal and getting FREE pantyhose until the coupon expires on 9/30/09!
