I went to CVS this morning and did 2 transactions. My out of pocket is much higher than normal because one of my family members had asked me to buy some Maalox! Luckily I had a coupon for it so it didn't hurt that bad! I also needed Tylenol and had a coupons for $3 off when you spend $15 on FSA eligible items.

I bought 2 and used 2 coupons

After my 3 coupons, I used $5.99 in ECB's from previous weeks and paid $.68 out of pocket. I got $4 in ECB's.

Maalox, On sale for $4.19 (I bought 2)
Extra Strength Tylenol Rapid Release Gels, On sale for $5.99
Used $1.00 coupon from 5/4 or 4/5 newspaper insert
Used a $3 off when you spend $15 on FSA eligible items (which all were)
Used $4 ECB's from Transaction 1
Paid $5.37 out of pocket
Got $2 in ECB's
Still not bad considering I spent only $6.05 out of pocket with $2 in ECB's left and got 7 items including some pricey medicine!
