This is a long-lasting water-based product that doesn't dry out your lips. It is advertised to be lightweight and it truly is. It is called "lipstain" and not "lipstick" and rightfully so. The brochure I got says that a lipstain is "a liquid stain which infuses your lips with kiss-proof color that lasts for hours and feels five times lighter than regular lipstick."
The marker tip is just the coolest thing, I can't get over it. It makes it so easy to apply but I'd say to keep it away from the kids, for sure! CoverGirl Outlast Lipstain is currently available in ten (10) shades and can be purchased at your local drugstore or supercenter!
