FREE haircut!
Shelby over at Shelby Making Cents told me about a great deal for a FREE haircut. You just buy 2 bottles of specially marked New Herbal Essences Hydralicious shampoos and/or conditioners, visit the website, enter the UPC codes from the 2 items, print the redemption certificate, and then mail to the address given.
